Company Overview
We purchase, manage and market real estate
In the transaction area we accompany the purchases and sales of the professional investors we advise in the area of large-volume investment properties such as office buildings, retail properties, residential complexes, nursing homes - the entire range of real estate usage types. The volume of purchases and sales we have accompanied to date is in the three-digit million range.
In asset management we support our real estate clients by planning, controlling, implementing and monitoring all value-influencing measures during the management phase in order to increase the value of the real estate and, in conjunction with a possible sale, achieve an optimal return on the capital invested.
Thomas Utsch, the managing director of GW-C, has been active in the real estate business for 25 years and keeps his position as GW-C's managing director since 2002. Previously he held management positions in well-known German real estate companies such as Viterra AG and Deutsche Bahn Immobiliengesellschaft. Mr. Utsch also worked as a lecturer for the EBS Real Estate Academy in Oestrich Winkel.
The GW-C team consists of excellently trained real estate experts. Furthermore, real estate merchants (IHK) and students are regularly trained in dual studies.
